Mr Mshana, a visionary and strategic planner, has over 10 years of hands on experience in planning, establishing, directing, and evaluating social and community related projects. His areas of expertise include community services, social work and project management.Behind the founding of this company is Mr Mshana’s irresistible passion for tourism and incredible experience in the travel industry. He has worked for several years as a freelance guide, volunteer and visitor in different tourist destinations in Tanzania. His accomplishments include recruiting and training high performance teams in the community and Upcountry Adventure, under his stewardship, will surely grow leaps and bounds in the coming years.

Mr Daniel preferably Danny, he is an outstanding midfield player who provides each player with teamwork spirit. Danny is an equally energetic and resourceful tour operator who has remarkable years of experience. He is a seasonal travel and tourism professional who always perfectly arranges both domestic and international tours and frequently makes such trips extraordinary and remarkable. Mr. Danny has resilient problem solving skills that allow him to handle even the most stressful of situations, such as stranded clients, canceled flights, overbooked hotels, and other travel emergencies. He is truly dedicated in providing clients with the best customer service and travel experience possible. Proficient at execution of research in an effort to make optimal travel plans thus planning itineraries according to time frames, weather, and events. Above all, Mr. Danny has widespread knowledge and a gifted mind at developing custom-built travel itineraries that exceed expectations where as still meeting clients’ budgets. A young and energetic Masai, was born and raised in Ngorongoro Crater rim, the world well known heritage site and most visited destination in Tanzania. He is an adventure-seeker with outstanding navigational skills. Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority mentored him, and his long experience in the wide and wild national parks has endowed Mr. Kidiri with a remarkable breadth of skills and he moves easily between different attractions that make him the perfect host and an expert guide. Being a Masai native, and living together with wild animals and knowing their behaviour intimately, makes him incomparably outstanding in knowing, describing and guiding the visitors in wildlife areas. Ask anything of wildlife he has the answer! He is best known in providing the most worthwhile and enriching tour experience for domestic and foreign tourists alike and making a significant contribution to Upcountry Adventure. In addition to his local knowledge Mr Kidiri has a vast knowledge of world geography and of unknown lands.

Ranger Guide Born and raised in masai land escarpment. He has more than 10 years driving experience with bush to bush familiarity. Mr. Mollel acquired his fresh experience in the environment he was raised in but after long years of herding cattle he joined formal education in which he majored tour guiding and was awarded with certificate and fully fledged tour guiding license. To his profession, Mr Mollel has an outgoing and friendly personality and treats all people with the dignity they deserve. He spent his profession guiding travelers, helping them to experience our Tanzanian resource and lifestyle. Mr Mollel is fully aware of the timelessness of the country and its place in world history that makes him an excellent and best guide ever.

He is fluently in French with more than 15 years of experience in guiding and driving. Mr Bryson is a knowledgeable and motivated person with experience in organizing and leading group tours in several areas. He has a great passion and ache for nature and environment. With him, visitors are ensured of utmost courtesy and care. In addition to his experience, Mr Bryson is bestowed with extensive knowledge of wildlife, history and visual arts; ability to learn retain and recall extensive amount of information quickly; and superior talent for entertaining audience members and delivering a high level of customer service.
